Customer Service Agent

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Agent Job Description:

Requirements:

Duties & Functions:

  • Greet guests and staff.
  • Operate the Front Desk and PBX console.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Handle bookings and reservations.
  • Provide information on hotel services.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Be aware of rates and promotions.
  • Understand emergency procedures.
  • Efficiently handle check-ins and checkouts.
  • Use communication tools when necessary.
  • Operate the computer system.
  • Complete tasks on the checklist.
  • Maintain a clean work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
