Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Job Summary

The Customer Service Agent I provides professional and timely support to customers via phone and internal systems. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate customer notes, managing Excel worksheets, and working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Check voicemail daily and return customer calls promptly
  • Answer and handle incoming calls, forwarding to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Place outbound calls as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes based on customer interactions
  • Use professional phone etiquette with all callers
  • Follow training guidelines and complete tasks as directed by the Supervisor
  • Manage and update multiple Microsoft Excel worksheets
  • Collaborate with Customer Service team members to resolve customer requests efficiently
  • Participate in training with the Customer Service Manager and team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Professional and clear phone presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Prior customer service or phone-based experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
