Customer Service Agent - WFH

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work directly with members to help them understand the programs and options available to them while providing knowledgeable and professional support throughout the process.

• Connect with members through phone and virtual appointments.
• Learn about each member’s needs, priorities, and questions.
• Clearly explain available programs, options, and next steps.
• Assist members with applications, enrollment, and digital documentation.
• Provide timely follow-up and help resolve outstanding questions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Stay up to date on program information and internal procedures.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience during every interaction.

What We’re Looking For
