This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update records within company systems
- Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail support, administrative support, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new technology platforms
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in a consumer services environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and customer account management tools
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on experience
