Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service & Financial Operations Specialist to support customer service activities and routine financial operations in a remote work environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining accurate records, processing routine transactions, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts and services.
  • Process invoices, payments, account updates, and other routine financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
  • Assist with billing, payment reconciliation, and administrative support.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data security.
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM or financial software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
