Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service and Operations Support Associate to support daily customer service and warehouse/operations activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing office responsibilities with hands-on inventory and tool management duties.

Job Duties

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and service technicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the day.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and information.
• Assist with inventory organization and material management.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, parts, and service-related materials.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace, inventory area, and tool storage.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service and Operations Support.
• Previous customer service experience required.

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
