Responsibilities

  •  Engage directly with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience 
  •  Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, and promotions 
  •  Drive sales by confidently guiding customers through options and closing transactions 
  •  Educate customers on product benefits and current offers 
  •  Handle objections and resolve concerns while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach 
  •  Process purchases, sign-ups, or service activations accurately 
  •  Maintain a strong understanding of all products, services, and promotions 
  •  Track customer interactions and sales performance 
  •  Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals 
Requirements
