In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you'll welcome customers, assist them with their rental needs, recommend products and services that enhance their trip, and deliver the friendly service that keeps them coming back.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle rental and return process.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products, upgrades, and services that enhance their rental experience.
- Accurately prepare rental agreements and related documentation.
- Explain rental rates, protection products, fees, and return procedures.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
- Provide local area information, directions, and travel assistance.
- Support efficient customer flow and minimize wait times.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales and service goals.
- Represent the Dollar/Thrifty brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend products confidently.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or airport experience is a plus.
What You’ll Get:
- Hourly Rate is $18.00 + Commission. This role provides On Target Earning potential of starting 2%; which includes monthly bonus plans.
- Bonus Plans: Eligible, Up to 12%.
- Bonus: Eligible, Up to 12%.
