Dan Mensch GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Allentown, PA. This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right coverage.

What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Follow up with leads and referrals to generate new business.
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
Quote and sell insurance products while providing a great customer experience.
Answer questions, assist with policy needs, and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required (can be obtained upon hire for the right candidate).
Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working toward goals.
Organized and comfortable working with computer systems.
A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
