Customer Service and Sales Representative

Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendly Customer Service and Sales Representative to be part of our growing team! Our Agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service. This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound customer calls
• Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
• Review billing questions with clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Must be able to get P&C (Property & Casualty) Licensed

• Understand basic product, billing and processing guidelines
