We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and working in a professional office environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive client experience. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and in person
- Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage, and billing
- Process policy changes, payments, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, office software)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Property & Casualty Insurance License **preferred**, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers
