Customer Service & Sales Support Representative – Weekly Pay – Entry Level

Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

HighRange Collective is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support Representative in the Plano and surrounding DFW area. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting sales efforts inside major retail locations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in-store with product information and service options
• Provide friendly, professional customer support and answer inquiries
• Support the sales team with customer onboarding and account setup
• Help maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Contribute to overall team sales goals through service and support
