We're looking for a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team and learn the home service industry while building a long-term career.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment. No HVAC experience is required. We'll provide the training and support needed to help you grow into a successful scheduling coordinator and eventually advance into a Service Dispatcher or other office leadership roles.

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our customers speak with. You'll help schedule appointments, support daily office operations, and work alongside experienced dispatchers and managers to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates with customers
Assist with coordinating technician schedules throughout the day
Maintain accurate customer records and service information
Support maintenance agreement scheduling and customer follow-up
Learn dispatching procedures, HVAC terminology, and scheduling best practices
Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities
Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
Customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused during busy periods
HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required
$15.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
