Bug Blasters Pest Control — Abilene, TX Full-Time Starting Pay: $15.00/hour and up, based on experience and qualifications.

Bug Blasters Pest Control is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and personable Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to join our office team.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, helping customers, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized throughout the day.

This is not a slow receptionist position. Our office plays a major role in the success of our company, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing excellent work, communicates professionally, and wants to grow with an established local company.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and messages
• Schedule and reschedule pest control appointments
• Help customers understand our services and pricing
• Enter accurate customer notes and account information
• Coordinate with service professionals in the field
• Process customer payments
• Follow up on customer requests and service needs
• Assist with estimates and scheduling
• Help resolve routine scheduling and customer service issues
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment
• Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as needed
