As a Customer Service and Warehouse Support Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operational flow and outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with management and team members to support online sales, inventory accuracy, and warehouse logistics—all vital to the company's success and your professional growth.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service and Warehouse Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving order issues professionally and communicating proactively about delays or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the online sales team to enhance the online shopping experience, making it seamless and engaging.
  • Managing inventory by conducting regular stock counts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations, including moving stock, supplies, and paperwork between retail stores and the warehouse.
  • Facilitating product transfers, mail-out orders, and supporting retail and wholesale departments under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager.
  • Actively identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supporting inventory management by ensuring proper document handling and accurate stock placement.
