Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding their real estate needs
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
