What You'll Do as a Customer Service Assistant:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring a professional and courteous experience
- Answer, manage, and route calls to the appropriate department or staff based on customer needs
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the correct team members
- Monitor and respond to general inquiry emails or direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide basic information about the company, services, or contacts as needed
- Maintain call logs, message records, and internal directories
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Support overall office operations by maintaining a clean, organized front office or shared workspace
- Assist internal teams with light administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Assistant Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks or calls simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, office software, and phone systems
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
- Prior customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
