Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions, answer questions, and provide information about products and services. Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer questions regarding products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
Provide timely and accurate customer assistance.
Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives.
Communicate promotional information clearly when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
Address routine customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Support customer engagement and business development activities.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
