In this role, you will respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, process orders, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product service questions, order issues, account management, and general support needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless follow-through.
- Build positive relationships with customers by listening actively, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide information, guidance, and resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to de-escalate situations and find creative solutions.
- Comfortable using customer service software, CRM platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot) and standard office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Genuine desire to help people, with the patience and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
