Job Title- Customer Service Associate
Work Location : Remote
Duration- 06 Month+ Contract 
Work Schedule : FT = M-F 9am EST - 5pm EST

Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers across the US and Canada, including healthcare providers, distributors, and patients. This role will handle sales orders, customer inquiries, complaints, payments, invoices, and order tracking while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, pricing, returns, and invoice questions.
• Track shipments and follow up on deliveries and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation partners to resolve order issues.
• Process customer card payments within required timelines.
• Maintain customer master data and ordering information.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Document customer service processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with order entry/customer service software.
• Flexibility and ability to work cross-functionally on multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/French Canadian) are desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
