ARDEX is immediately hiring for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping customers and learning new skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you are building on your customer service experience or looking to start a professional office career, this role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders and assist with invoices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions.
• Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America

Required Experience:

What You'll Bring

• Previous customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience is helpful, but not required.
• A positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and general technology proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to solve problems, ask questions, and take initiative when needed.
• A desire to build a long-term career and grow professionally

Requirements

• Minimum completed High School Diploma
• Must reside in a commutable distance to office location (not accessible via public transportation)
