You’ll initiate a high-level service by walking customers through the benefits of 100% fiber-optic internet. By delivering a professional service, the Customer Service Associate helps customers stay ahead of the curve.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate

  • Greet customers in a professional, approachable manner to discuss AT&T wireless devices, data plans, and Fiber Internet options.
  • Provide tailored service by helping customers compare plan benefits and choose options that align with their lifestyle.
  • Support customers through sales questions, service adjustments, and enrollment steps with clarity and patience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales through upgraded data plans, additional lines, or Fiber sales recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to support clean follow‑through and long‑term sales consistency.
  • Boost sales performance by pairing excellent service delivery with solution‑based AT&T guidance.

Qualities of a Customer Service Associate
