    What youll do: Office Support

    Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations Answer phone calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel, schedule appointments, and assist clients and visitors Respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence promptly Coordinate logistics for meetings including room setup and catering Sign for incoming packages and manage deliveries

    Records & Data Management

    Maintain physical and digital filing systems; input and update information in databases and spreadsheets Use word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents Handle sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy policies

    Equipment & Facilities

    Operate and maintain office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to keep equipment in good working order and office supplies stocked

    What we are looking for:

    Bachelors degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office platforms Strong data entry and records management skills Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent phone and office etiquette Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
