This role is responsible for assisting clients with service inquiries, scheduling moving appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking through move completion.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries regarding moving services
Schedule residential and commercial moving appointments
Provide information on pricing, availability, and service options
Maintain and update customer records accurately
Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews
Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
Support daily office and customer service operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and data entry abilities
Organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Previous customer service experience preferred
