Customer Service Associate

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Position Summary

Sparta Networking is seeking Customer Service Associates for an on-site opportunity supporting customers in the travel and hospitality industry.

This is an inbound phone-based role where you'll assist customers with reservations, scheduling, account questions, and general service needs. We're looking for dependable people who communicate clearly, enjoy working with customers, and are comfortable learning new systems.

Previous travel or call center experience is not required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule Options

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
Weekend Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Assist with reservations, scheduling changes, and account questions
• Provide accurate information about services and available options
• Review customer concerns and help determine the appropriate solution
• Update customer records and document conversations
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines
• Route more involved issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Maintain professional and courteous communication
• Work with team members and supervisors to support daily customer volume
• Maintain reliable attendance for your assigned schedule

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to learn new software and procedures
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Able to handle customer questions in a calm and professional manner
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reservations, sales, office support, or a call center is helpful but not required.
