We're hiring a Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment.

Wage: $17 per hour + commissions

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Experience & Resolution
  • Provide above-and-beyond service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle and resolve customer issues at the counter and during returns with professionalism
  • Create a culture of empowerment and hospitality among staff
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the location
  • Analyze NPS results to identify trends and root causes
  • Communicate performance updates and drive action plans to improve guest satisfaction
  • Coach employees on customer needs and service techniques
  • Team Support & Compliance
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching to team members
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
  • Support internal communication and service consistency

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in operations and sales; rental car experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
