As a Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with business clients and candidates, assisting with inquiries, supporting hiring-related processes, and helping ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout each interaction.
• Engage with business clients and candidates during scheduled face-to-face meetings
• Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the hiring and service process
• Answer questions regarding available staffing solutions, job opportunities, and recruitment services
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through clear and effective communication
• Assist clients in identifying staffing solutions and talent needs that best fit their requirements
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate updates, and scheduled appointments
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
• Work closely with team members and recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on recruitment processes and professional development
