We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our team in Hollywood, CA. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for customers by assisting with product questions, processing orders, and resolving concerns across phone, email, and social media platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Process orders and update customer account information
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes
- Assist with account adjustments and billing inquiries
- Track customer interactions and prepare daily reports
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Comfortable managing communication across multiple channels
- Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus
