Customer Service Associate

IN OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AVAILABLE.

We are looking for an experienced Container Freight Station Associate that is motivated, understands the workflow, and customer service expectations, and can navigate a fast-paced environment. Starting pay will be based on experience, work days and hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:00. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. You will be required to report to the office every day. You must be able to multitask and be organized with strong computer skills. We are a family business that takes care of their employees and expects the same in return. It is a very casual atmosphere as we are a transportation/logistics business in a warehouse setting. If you are a hard working individual, willing to learn and take on new tasks that still wants to have fun we are the place to be. Also note******* we are a customs bonded facility and you must be able to clear a background check.
