Customer Service Associate / Inside Sales

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and process orders using an ERP system
- Communicate with customers, primarily via email, to understand their needs and maintain customer relationships
- Source parts and coordinate with vendors and logistics providers
- Monitor order status and maintain accurate records
- Track delivery and shipment status and provide updates to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order/shipping-related issues
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments
- Enter and maintain customer and order data
- Provide follow-up and problem-solving support as needed

For candidates with approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in a trading company, distributor, or similar environment, there may be some flexibility in the salary range. In such cases, the position would involve higher-level Inside Sales responsibilities rather than entry-level customer service duties.
