Customer Service Associate (Luxury Clothing & Jewelry)

Wilkes Bashford is a high-end luxury brand retail store for men's & women's clothing as well as jewelry founded in 1966 in San Francisco.  We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our amazing San Francisco store team. Our Customer Service Associates are experts in delivering first class service to our clients, while creating a luxury experience. We value people who are nice, friendly, energetic, confident, optimistic and detail oriented. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Engage with clients/customers to provide them with the best possible luxury shopping experienceRing customer/client sales Accurately process all transactionsSupport Sales AssociatesAssist with pulling internet orders and transfersAnswer phones and direct calls to appropriate associatesGift wrappingGeneral Client Hospitality Qualifications:Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and ability to climb laddersMust be willing to work every SaturdayHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be reliable, punctual, responsible, detail oriented, have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer Service experience a plus Benefits of working at Wilkes Bashford:Competitive salaryGreat Schedule of 9 - 5:30 pmNo Sundays as store is closed (except the 2 Sundays before Christmas)Convenient commuting location in Union SquareGenerous benefits package (401K, Health Insurance)
