Customer Service/Office (Full Time/Seasonal) candidate needed for a school picture portrait studio in the San Fernando Valley area (North Hollywood). We specialize in capturing portraits of students K through 12th grade.
Requirements:
Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications.
You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Candidate must be able to work shifts 9 am to 5 pm and/or 12 pm to 8 pm at either of our San Fernando Valley locations, North Hollywood or Northridge, and be able to work a combination of 5 days (8-hour shifts) per week.
A Live Scan is Required for employment consideration.
Responsibilities:
Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
Identifying customer needs.
Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Updating customer information as required.
Maintaining confidentiality of information.
Performing other duties as the need arises.
This is a full-time/seasonal position available from now through October.
