This role focuses on providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance, and ensuring efficient checkout services.
- Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares service best practices to enhance satisfaction.
- Processes sales, handles returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately, and maintains clean, well-merchandised shelves.
- Recommends products, assists with inventory, and implements asset protection procedures.
- Supports store operations like display construction, product placement, and stock rotation, including food safety protocols.
- Provides photo services, manages web orders, and maintains store cleanliness and appearance.
- Participates in training and development activities, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Basic qualifications include fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours; preferred experience in retail and familiarity with Walgreens are advantageous.
Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour. The position is open until filled.
