Job Responsibilities Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner Maximize sales by achieving add-on sales and recommendations Knowledge of the stores stock, which varies by store location Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor Markdown merchandise as needed.
CSAs may be designated as a Keyholder. Keyholders are assigned the responsibility of having keys to the store. They will be trained to close the store - they may not open the store. Other duties may be assigned.
