HireLevel is looking for a Customer Service Associate (Real Estate Closing) in Marion IL with experience providing customer service in an office setting. Our client is a trusted real estate title and closing services provider known for accuracy, responsiveness, and excellent customer service.

The Customer Service Associate supports real estate closings by coordinating with lenders, preparing and reviewing documents, and ensuring deadlines are met. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with training provided for the right candidate.


Job Category: Temp to hire

Location: Marion, IL.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, 1 hour lunch

Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of real estate closing documents
  • Communicate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and internal team members regarding closing requirements
  • Track and manage closing timelines to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Provide professional, responsive customer service throughout the closing process
  • Maintain accurate file documentation and update internal systems
  • Support closers and administrative staff with day-to-day tasks related to transactions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Willingness to learn real estate closing and title processes

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, banking, or legal administration
  • Familiarity with closing documents or lender requirements
