Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Job Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Job Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension and potential conversion to FTE)
Shift - 40 hours/week, Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (half-hour lunch, some flexibility)

Job Responsibilities
Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will support the team by handling data entry, shipping logistics, and box management. The role requires focus, reliability, and basic computer proficiency, with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

Team Overview
  • One-person job with supervisors available onsite

Typical Workday
  • Data entry tasks
  • Creating tags from information
  • Labeling and sorting boxes
  • Creating shipping requests and shipping labels
  • May require lifting up to 50 lbs

Must-Have Skills
  • Ability to focus and work full shifts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Ability to decipher international addresses
  • Reliability in showing up onsite
  • Willingness to be trained

Experience & Education
  • Baseline role, minimal experience required
  • Basic education level sufficient

Software Skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with shipping programs (training provided)
