Customer Service Associate

This role supports a positive shopping experience by engaging customers, providing excellent service, and promoting a safe, honest environment.

• Assist customers with courteous, knowledgeable support and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Act as a deterrent to theft through professional customer engagement and observation.
• Report shrink-related concerns and collaborate with store management and Loss Prevention.
• Participate in shrink reduction efforts, uphold safety standards, and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow operational procedures, adhere to policies, and support team goals.
• Ideal candidates have strong communication, good judgment, adaptable to change, and 0-2 years retail or security experience.
