Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations such as garment inspections, preparing orders for customers, and other small tasks
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday to 8am - 3pm .

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
