Customer Service Representative | Order Processing & Account Support | Atlanta, GA

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide timely updates on shipments and product availability. This role blends customer support with data entry in QuickBooks and offers cross-training in invoicing and billing functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment with strong potential for long-term growth.
 
Job Details
  • Contract to hire
  • Atlanta, GA 30331 - Fully on-site
  • Shift: 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
  • Pay: $19+/hourly - depending on experience
 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a courteous and effective manner

  • Process orders, returns, and check shipping statuses

  • Enter sales orders accurately into QuickBooks

  • Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, and tracking information to customers

  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

  • Assist with invoicing and entering bills through cross-training opportunities

  • Maintain accurate data entry for orders and customer records

 

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • 2–3+ years of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a small, growing team environment (7–8 employees)

  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
