Compensation: Earn $20+/hour with commission (base $15–$16/hour)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you're the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — we'll train you. What we're really looking for is someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to earn.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages
• Sell and upsell monthly memberships and premium wash services
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums
• Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Motivated to hit goals and earn commission
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Able to handle a fast-paced, outdoor work environment
• Cash handling experience a plus, but not required
