The Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in creating a top-tier car wash experience by ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, efficient, clean, and friendly visit. Key responsibilities include driving sales at the pay station with professionalism, warmly greeting guests, and assisting customers to ensure their needs are met with exceptional service, loading vehicles into the tunnel, and maintaining the site’s cleanliness and appearance. 

Hours for this position will typically be 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the hourly rate is $16/hour plus $3 commission per sale.
