This is a remote position.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Accurately identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and information. • Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and service processes. • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline support processes. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices. • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional Indian regional languages is a distinct advantage). • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional phone demeanor. • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using multiple software applications simultaneously. • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A strong desire to help people and a customer-focused attitude. • Freshers or individuals with 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role are welcome. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
