Warehouse & Customer Service Associate
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule: Full-Time, 35-40 Hours per Week
Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM - 6:15 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour + commission opportunity upon hire with client

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to support the daily operations of a busy appliance warehouse. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Candidates should be prepared to work in hot warehouse conditions and handle physical labor throughout the day.

Essential Job Duties
• Process, clean, move, and organize large home appliances
• Assist customers in a warehouse showroom environment
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Match paperwork to inventory and stock numbers accurately
• Use basic computer systems and navigate websites
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications
Required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-75 pounds consistently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Availability to work Saturdays

Preferred
• Cash register experience
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Forklift experience

Work Environment
• Warehouse setting with no climate control
• Frequent lifting, moving, and handling of large appliances
• Combination of customer-facing and warehouse duties
• Physical role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Dress Code
Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance. The following are not permitted:
• Clothing with slogans, advertisements, religious, political, or graphic messaging
• Gym attire or athleisure wear
• Excessively loose or baggy clothing
• Clothing with excessive tears, rips, or holes
• Low-cut, extremely tight, or ill-fitting clothing
• Sandals or open-toed shoes
• Visible undershirts, tank tops, spaghetti straps, or undergarments
Appropriate shorts are permitted during summer months.

Additional Information
The client prefers candidates to participate in a three-day working interview before a long-term employment decision is made. This allows both the candidate and employer to evaluate the physical demands of the position and overall fit for the role. This is especially important due to the hot warehouse environment and physically demanding nature of the work.
