We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Colorado Springs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers by answering questions, processing orders, and providing excellent support over the phone and through email.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915
Pay: $15.16/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional manner
Process customer orders and update account information
Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and order status
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs
Provide excellent customer service while following company procedures and policies
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic computer and data entry skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience working in an office environment is a plus
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
