About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound customer calls, provide information, answer questions, and resolve concerns. This position involves data entry, record maintenance, and performing clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment. Success in this role requires dependability, effective communication, organization, and a team-oriented attitude to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and provide general information
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the computer system
• Document calls and maintain precise records
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a team dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Use basic computer and data-entry skills to support daily operations
• Maintain professionalism and friendly phone etiquette
• Support team efforts to ensure excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Customer service, clerical, or call center experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education with an Associate or Bachelor's degree (bonus incentives)
• Bilingual abilities (bonus incentives)

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• Computer systems for data entry and record keeping

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs (essential functions tier)
