HumanHire is working with one of Long Island's largest companies to find a Customer Service/Call Center Representative who can join their growing team!

This is a great opportunity for a retail, food/beverage, or administrative pro looking to get that first corporate in-office experience and add a household name to their resume.

The Customer Service/Call Center Representative will support clients over the telephone by answering product and service-related questions and providing a world-class experience to each and every customer.

Customer Service/Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries, resolving a wide range of product and service-related requests over the telephone.
• Collaborate with other internal departments and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively recommending products and services that are a good fit.

Customer Service/Call Center Representative Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk receptionist, etc.)
• Excellent telephone communication skills and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent client experiences.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to juggle multiple systems with ease.
• People who are inquisitive, critical thinkers, and problem-solvers tend to do very well in this role!
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
