Customer Service / Call Center

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Call Center professional to join a dynamic team in Maryland. Responsibilities:

• Utilizing excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
• Drawing on previous call center experience to handle customer interactions efficiently and effectively.
• Employing proficiency in Word and Excel to manage and track customer data.
• Demonstrating the ability to start as soon as possible and contribute to team success from day one.
• Exhibiting multitasking capabilities to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to begin work immediately and adapt quickly to new processes.
• Capability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, First Shift

Benefits:

PTO (Paid Time Off) upon conversion to a permanent position.

Additional Details:

• Salary Range: $17 - $19 per hour
• Travel: Approximately 0% travel time required
