A well-established distributor in the office technology industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Cerritos. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and looking to build a long-term career within a stable and evolving company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls regarding inventory checks and product availability

• Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system

• Provide product information via phone and email

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communication

• Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient order processing

• Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Basic ten-key proficiency

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
