Key Objectives

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and client inquiries via chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or escalate when necessary.
  • Document chat interactions accurately in the organization’s CRM system.

  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in chat or digital communication channels.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
