Customer Service Representative

Location: Chatsworth, CA
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and return calls promptly, even when service dates are unavailable
  • Work closely with the customer service team to support daily operations
  • Address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
  • Document customer interactions, service requests, and complaints through detailed reports
  • Meet with clients in person when they visit the facility
  • Coordinate and manage the daily service calendar for three technicians
  • Prepare all required paperwork for scheduled services
  • Generate invoices for billable services in coordination with the accounting team and update Market Sharp system
  • Communicate with the factory to ensure rework items and service products are ready as scheduled

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to think both analytically and creatively to solve problems
  • Knowledge of company products and services (or ability to quickly learn)
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
